Competence Manager – Siemens Gamesa – Brande

How to contribute to our vision As the competence and qualification manager you will be responsible for aligning all training requirements between Corporate Construction, Global Training Excellence, the other Onshore regions and the regional teams. You will be defining the training requirements for all our site personnel and steer the competence optimization. Furthermore, you will ensure that country specific requirements are kept and transfer them accordingly for the competence demand in the region.As we work in multiple countries with local requirements the harmonization of training setups and certification will be an important part of your role together with keeping employee profiles updated.You should be ready to take ownership of the competence framework for the Onshore region and lead the overall qualification process for the region. This will include the implementation of new competence requirements for both employees and subcontractors.Other daily tasks will include:Steer the task specific work approval process in our region (task specific training program)Evaluates and obtains training programs and materials from external vendorsCross cultural work with other regions: SEAL, APAC, NEME, NEInterdisciplinary workPlease note this position it a temporary maternity cover position, but we will be looking into the possibility of making a permanent hire.What you need to make a difference Passion for renewable energy and a sense for the importance to lead the change.We are looking for candidates holds a relevant degree or has other relevant training.You should have at least 3 years of experience, preferably including stakeholder management and collaboration with project manager.
