Job Description The LEGO Group was founded in Billund in 1932. Today, Billund is the home of the company’s global headquarters and has seen investment and growth in recent years, including the announcement of two new sites for innovation and engineering. Billund is also the home to one of the Group’s manufacturing sites which employs colleagues focused on producing LEGO sets for children around the world.To support this growth, the communications team is expanding and seeking an internal communication expert to support our leaders and colleagues based in Denmark.Our new communications manager will provide support to deliver the LEGO Group’s global internal communications strategy and connect colleagues with our mission, values and business ambitions.The Communications Manager, Denmark will report to the Head of Colleague Engagement, Corporate Brand Communications. Corporate Brand Communications is part of the Corporate Affairs team which is focussed on driving and protecting the brand’s reputation.Day-to-day their partners will be Senior Leaders based in Denmark, the factory General Manager and their leadership team, and local PO&D colleagues.Responsibilities: INTERNAL COMMUNICATION PLANNING & ACTIVATION.Develop and implement an annual internal communication plan for Denmark – and track its effectiveness. This includes creating an annual calendar of activity for colleagues based at the factory agreed with the General Manager and their Leadership team. Managing internal communication channels across both the factory site, and corporate offices and make sure they are updated regularly with relevant content.Design, develop and implement internal communication plans and campaigns to support business priorities that impact our colleagues in Denmark. Including but not limited to producing assets such as presentations, scripts, and video content. Translate business / strategic priorities into relevant and engaging stories, content and events tailored to the right moments, audiences and channels. Develop and execute internal communication & change plans to engage LEGO Group colleagues based at our sites and offices in Denmark around changes and issues that matter to them.Work closely with external communications on events and announcements as required.TRUSTED ADVISOR. Play a leading role in providing end-to-end communications support to senior leaders in Location Management in Denmark – including counsel on sensitive topics, through to developing communication activities and content.Be the go-to communication person for the factory General Manager on key internal and external communication activities. In this role you will be expected to create presentations, speeches, briefings etc.COLLABORATING WITH LOCAL AND GLOBAL COMMUNICATION TEAMS.Localise global communications content for colleagues at our sites in Denmark. Work closely with Factory Communication Managers in seven different locations to ensure consistently outstanding internal communication across all sites.Do you have what it takes?Bachelor and above in Communication is preferred.An internal communications expert with experience working in diverse, global companies.Strong track-record of creating and leading creative internal communications campaigns and events.Excellent collaborator management skills with the confidence to act as an effective counsel to senior management.Significant experience in creating effective and engaging leader communications.Proficient in using Microsoft Office software.Fluent in spoken and written Danish and English.A self-starter who is confident working as an individual contributor with senior collaborators.#LI-JY2What’s in it for you?
