We’re looking for someone to lead the commercial pricing strategy in partnership with Net Revenue Management (NRM), Finance, Sales, and Marketing teams. This position is located within the Customer Marketing department and reports to Director, Kamilla Svane. How you will make an impactAs a Commercial Pricing Manager, your job is to help set the right prices for ADK’s retail business using data-driven methods. This involves analyzing various pricing factors, such as price structures, how products are priced in comparison to each other, and how prices change during promotions. You’ll work closely with different teams within the company, including Net Revenue Management, Sales, Marketing, Business Unit (BU) directors, and Finance. Here are some of your specific tasks: Maintain and improve price data: Make sure that all the pricing data, including recommended retail prices (RRSP), retail selling prices (RSP), and price pyramids, are accurate and up-to-date. Spot pricing opportunities: Identify situations where the pricing structure might not be balanced across product categories. Lead pricing discussions: Facilitate discussions with a focus on external pricing trends, price structures, and how sales change when items are on sale or not. Monitor market prices: Keep track of what prices are like in the market. Support product launches: Work with Sales, Marketing, and Innovation teams to recommend prices for new products, set price structures, and determine how ADK’s brands should be positioned in terms of pricing.. Drive pricing initiatives: Be a part of the ‘Price Management Core Group’ to help the ADK Commercial Leadership Team make pricing decisions. In short, you’re responsible for making sure ADK’s prices are competitive and profitable by using data and collaborating with different departments. What will make you successful Retail experience and passion are crucial for success. We expect you to have several years of retail experience, either in the market or at the headquarters. You’re comfortable working with data and large Excel spreadsheets. You can turn data into useful insights and help the business use them. You can work on your own and with many different people. You’ll work not only with the Danish business but also with others in the Europe Zone. You must be fluent in both Danish and English for this role. What do we offer?
