Join us. The positionAs the Commercial Global Associate Project Director joining the Obesity Strategy & Pipeline Projects department, you will be responsible for commercial deliverables related to a new drug in development for the treatment of obesity. You have a unique opportunity to join the project at a time were the commercial direction and strategy is still being shaped and be able to bring the product forward to pre-launch and launch in the market. You will be working closely together with the global cross-functional project team where your ability to collaborate with other functions to deliver ambitious plans and deliverables is crucial. In addition, you will be collaborating with stakeholders across different therapy areas to ensure portfolio alignment.  The Commercial Global Associate Project Director bears the responsibility for the following deliverables, but not limited hereto:Develop and maintain a master project plan for project milestones and deliverables, incl. budget planning and controlProvide ongoing commercial input to the Product Development Plan (PDP), ensuring a strong focus on representing and addressing customer needs (People with Obesity, Healthcare Professionals, and Payers) and a focus on the value proposition and business opportunityDeliver commercial input to the Target Product Profile (TPP), project valuation, and project risksDevelop a compelling and competitive 3b trial program and RWE planDevelop the LCM planEnsure a commercially optimised roll-out planPlan and execute launch planning process with focus affiliate to successfully prepare for launch QualificationsAs an ideal candidate, you have: Master’s degree within marketing or natural science5+ years of experience within commercial project management, ideally pharma/ biotechnology/other highly – regulated sectorsExperience in developing marketing strategy and running commercial development projectsStrong analytical skills and comfort working with data, market research understanding and insights generationExperience in working with many cross-functional stakeholders along the supply chain Attribute high value in delivering high quality and have experience in working with senior stakeholdersSolid understanding of timelines and regulations in pharma industry As a person, you are innovative and customer-oriented. OCU consists of 4 departments spanning a Marketing team, Market Development & Communications, Obesity Projects department, and the Obesity Strategy & Pipeline Projects team.
