Business Development, Associate Director – Novo Nordisk – Bagsværd

The position The primary responsibility of this position is to establish new business collaborations by proactively searching & identifying deal opportunities, negotiating & delivering transactions. This position requires strong functional competence of business development, strong partnership with both internal and external stakeholders, and managing commercial partnerships and/or other external collaborations effectively to maximize portfolio performance, drive commercial excellence and accelerate commercial innovation in accordance with the Novo Nordisk Way. Qualifications Master’s degree or above, MBA is preferred; Fluency in both written & spoken English and Chinese Minimum 5 years’ pharma experience and broaden BD functional expertise; Strong strategic planning and marketing capabilities including needs analysis, business justification and closing methodologies; Be confident in negotiating contract terms with partners, handling confrontation and managing internal and external partnerships effectively Team player, problem solving, stakeholder engagement, project management, communication, influencing, collaborative spirit, ability to focus on key issues and judge the level of importance Intercultural sensitivity and mastery of Novo Nordisk leadership competencies are expected
