The position In our team we operate and maintain the IT & OT landscape of the production facility. Our overall and finest task is to keep IT in the best possible condition to avoid unplanned production stop in the facility that operates on a 24/7 basis. We are passionate about what we do and work together as a family, sharing knowledge every day. Our tasks are very different from day to day, and we upgrade servers and systems, we patch and do security updates, we maintain IT system and computerized equipment, we support the customers, participate in and drive projects and we are involved in digitalization projects (Database, programming, power app’s). Additionally, we are taking care of firewall and reducing security vulnerabilities, we are maintaining, upgrading, and enhancing the performance of systems, servers, and production network layout. We also collaborating and working together with the compliance team to create, update and maintain system documentation in qualitydocs. Our team is located in the production site, to ensure that we can be close to the shopfloor, understand the IT needs, drive continuous improvements, and drive digitalization of the production site. We work closely with our production colleagues on day-to-day operations, projects, and digitalisation. Qualifications To succeed in this role: You preferably hold a master’s in computer science, IT or equivalent You need to have Extensive experience with IT/OT and Automation, system patching, servers and system maintenance/upgrade, network troubleshooting You need to have experience with managing IT and infrastructure systems, worked with system validations in a GxP environment, familiar with handling requests in ServiceNow platform (ITOM). You need to have a general understanding of infrastructure, IT security, firewall and databases. Not a requirement but a benefit to have: Experience with project management, stakeholder management, lean and agile processes is a benefit but not required. Experience with system documentation (e.g. Risk assessment, O&M, User review, Network diagram etc) Knowledge of new system establishment in production environment Understanding and experience of executing IT tests in production area As you will be working closely with stakeholders across our organization, your written and spoken communication skills in English and Danish must be good. As a person, you have an open mind, are willing to learn and you have an interest in systematic problem solving. You are structured and proactive in your work and will never compromise on quality. To succeed you need to be able to keep calm and make decisions in a busy work environment, where the agenda changes frequently. You ask curious questions and are able to communicate on all levels of our organisation. About the department You will be part of a dynamic area in a constant development. The department is very diverse and consist of 6 agile teams spread across different areas/tasks/products. Physical presence in Bagsværd is required.
