Do you have automation experience, digital curiosity, and will you thrive in a changing environment where your decisions will help Novo Nordisk supply critical medicine to our patients?Then, you could be our new colleague in Manufacturing IT – Injectable Finished Products (IFP) Hillerød.About the departmentThe unit consists of approximately 70 colleagues dispersed across 5 different teams who together, covers most aspects of quality, development, maintenance and operation of the site’s IT and Automation architecture, hardware, software, infrastructure, and documentation.You will be joining the Aseptic Production Automation team, where we provide support for the brand-new AP production facility which produces a vast array of Novo Nordisk A/S products. The team currently consists of 12 highly skilled automation engineers. Our main responsibility is to apply a quality, problem solving, and service mindset for the automation systems installed. Moreover, we play a vital role during process design and redesign through collaboration with the factory’s product and process responsible.We believe in openness, collaboration, continuous learning, and digital curiosity. We share our challenges, take an interest in each other, and occasionally meet up away from our place of work for social reasons.The positionYou will be working in a pharmaceutical production facility in accordance with current quality and GMP (Good Manufacturing Practice) requirements, where production happens 24 hours, 7 days a week (24/7).Responsibilities:* Support and develop the automation systems, in particular our Process control systems and Batch execution software.* Design and implement software and hardware upgrades, perform corrective measures and optimizations.Qualifications* An educational background within automation, combined with working experience within complex automation systems.* Knowledge of IFIX SCADA (Supervisory Control and Data Acquisition) and cBatch is an advantage* Experience with process optimization in a controlled production environment is an advantageYou can have several years of experience, or you may just have finished your education or training. Most important to us is that you are eager to learn and/or have proactively sought out hands-on experience within your field.You must thrive in a busy working environment, not always knowing what the day will bring. Your personality helps to establish good relations and support your ability to work across functions at all levels in an organisation.
