Job Description: PARSONS has been awarded a contract to automatize the operation of urban Copenhagen Rail traffic. and is currently looking to hire a : Automated Infrastructure Manager [RAIL], based in Copenhagen, Danemark The employee will work closely with the team on client’s site, including the client’s New automated Infrastructure Director and will be charged with supporting the new automated infrastructure activities, in order to define specifications and tender out the new automated infrastructure, including Telecommunication, CCTV, ODS (Obstacle detection System), PCP (Passenger Call Point), PIS (Passenger Information System), SCADA and all new necessary infrastructure system supporting Unattended Train Operation. POSITION OVERVIEW: In relation with client’s New automated infrastructure director, handle all new automated infrastructure activities, including specification and tender management Manage and coordinate management of the new automated infrastructure team Organize coordination between all relevant stakeholders, including meeting and workshops. Produce necessary synthesis to support decision making on key topics Liaise with client’s team Liaise with System and the key subsystems (Rolling stock, CBTC, power supply, civil…) to consolidate interface Report to Parsons project Manager and to client’s New automated infrastructure Director EDUCATION/EXPERIENCE: Graduated in engineering Expert in operation and transition 20-year experience in rail environment (metro, design phase, industry, operator) Varied technical expertise in related activities : Telecommunication, CCTV, ODS (Obstacle detection System), PCP (Passenger Call Point), PIS (Passenger Information System), SCADA Team work Task and result oriented Fluent in English Position based in Copenhagen, (can include partial home office) Minimum Clearance Required to Start:Not Applicable/NoneThis position is part of our Critical Infrastructure team.For more than 75 years, our experts have designed and delivered the critical infrastructure that connects and protects communities around the world.
