The technology department at Arla Innovation Center is looking for a dedicated and passionate Associate Process Designer (for a maternity cover) who will be part of the Fractionation & Fermentation Team. We work across and beyond traditional product categories and are engaged when new to Arla technology is to be developed. About the job We are looking for a highly skilled Associate Process Designer with the main objective of exploring innovative technologies, delivering recommendations and validating technical solutions to innovation challenges. You will: Deliver new business opportunities through science application, technology exploration and prototyping Build a broad network across Arla Foods and work collaboratively with relevant functions in innovation projects across categories Support both explorative projects and implementation of new to Arla technology across dairies Utilize your technical knowledge to strengthen Arla’s competencies within our Key Technologies and beyond Who are you? You are curious, ambitious and have a strong knowledge of Food Science and Technology, hands on experience with dairy technologies within product categories such as butter, milk-based beverages, fermented products. Your expertise and willingness to gain even deeper knowledge in one or more of these technology areas is necessary. You feel comfortable both in a dairy processing environment, when you execute trials together with our technicians, as well as in a stakeholder meeting presenting results and prototypes to a larger group. You have a MSc in Food Science, Process Engineering, Chemical Engineering or similar and previous experience in FMCG, R&D, product- or technology development roles. You are proactive and have a Growth Mindset and you are ready to tackle challenges and use every opportunity to grow into a better version of yourself.
