Moreover, you will play a key part in developing your team and continuously improve performance as well as delivering excellent results. As you will be working closely with stakeholders across our organization, you have excellent written and spoken communication skills in English and Danish. As a person, you have strong analytical skills with an interest in systematic problem solving. You are structured and proactive in your work and will never compromise on quality. To succeed you need to be able to keep calm and make decisions in a busy work environment, where the agenda changes frequently. About the departmentOur laboratory is part of Insulin Manufacturing (IM1), which is a full production line. In the Quality Control (QC) laboratory we do all necessary lab work and makes sure all quality and regulatory demands are met in due time. Our approach to lab work is changing and are becoming more digitalized and efficient in the way we work with the great amount of data that we work with. Our new Associate Manager will be responsible for leading that change and making sure everyone feels included so we get access to all the knowledge and know-how that everyone in the teams possesses.
