Within our Digital Buildings Systems portfolio in Denmark, you will be responsible for ensuring business performance and customer satisfaction while ensuring compliance with company policies, processes, and tools. You will also be responsible for identifying and addressing business risks and opportunities at the portfolio level. Key responsibilities include: Insure strong collaboration between Application Center Teams and Key Stakeholders. Manage Engineering, Project Management team to address the business and meet financial objectives. Ensure structured Supply Chain, effective HSE and site management organizations serving center business. Monitor, control, drive and report the performance of Customer project business within defined geographical perimeter and technology. Deliver highest level of customer satisfaction and full sharing of customer focus culture within Application Center team. Insure effective sharing of customer feedback about technology specific solutions within BU organizations. Define and implement within corresponding BU & geographies strong and robust technical expertise development strategy. Ensure Center teams are part of experts’ community in line with business needs and enable to find within =S= other required technical expertise. Evaluate which expertise are required within the Center. Based on deep market understanding and technology trends, anticipate business changes and their impacts on Application Center organization. Based on BUs, Segment and FOs business strategy, adapt center technical offers. Master solution business risks and opportunities at center’s portfolio level in order to insure accurate risk coverage and mitigation with opportunities. Take a specific focus on effective implementation of Contract, Claim and Change Order management processes within center teams. About you The ideal candidate will have experience in project management and leading teams, as well as a strong customer focus. Relevant degree, with qualifications in Engineering and/or Business areas Proven people management experience, ideally within multi-cultural organization. 5-10 years’ experience in Customer Project environment. Selling and executing Customer Projects in an international environment.
