In this role you will be responsible for developing the business with focus on targeted accounts, key product solutions, and sales opportunities to optimize sales and customer satisfaction. The role requires that you have a good understanding and knowledge of the health care industry’s needs, motivation and way of thinking. Your Key Accountabilities will be: Drive and secure long term business projects within the Gloves Business Area, in line with the business area objectives and strategies with focus on key customers within selected segments Develop and present commercial offers when securing new business or defending existing business in defined key accounts. Build strong relationships and high quality pre-tenders in order to gain new segments and protect current business within Gloves Deliver sales targets, achieving business objectives using agreed company sales tools and systems to analyze, report and monitor. Responsible for developing relationships with decision makers and other key stakeholders in order to reach agreed sales targets. Use professional selling skills and negotiation skills to develop the business with both existing and new customers optimizing quality of service and customer satisfaction. Initiate sales, marketing and educational activities in order to exploit business opportunities so that targets can be met Responsible for developing and executing on account plans, in line with local strategies. Responsible for identifying sales opportunities and developing a healthy pipeline to secure existing and develop new business. Responsible for reporting and maintaining customer data, sales opportunities and activities in CRM. Responsible for actively identify and provide input on competitive information to strengthen business intelligence. Responsible for executing on defined pretender and tender implementation plan.
